Behavioural Therapy (LI-CBT) to young people and families. Prior to this she was a Specialist Mental Health Psychotherapist in Speciality CAMHS working with children with complex trauma and attachment difficulties post-adoption and post- Special Guardianship Order (SGO). In the United States she worked as a Child Parent Psychotherapist with Child First, a psychoanalytic evidence-based treatment for young children and their families.
In private practice, and as a Systemic Practitioner and Child Parent Psychotherapist, she specialises in working with people with relationship difficulties, complex trauma, and attachment difficulties. She supports clients with mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and neurodivergence.
Danielle has trained in the United States at New York University and Yale University, and in England at University College London, the Anna Freud Centre, and the Institute for Family Therapy. Danielle has a Masters Degree from New York University in Clinical Social Work and a Masters Degree in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from University College London/Anna Freud Centre.
Danielle creates a safe space for teens and adults to discuss issues that are currently getting in the way of acceptance and change. She uses a creative, integrative and tailored approach that empowers individuals and families to see challenges and barriers as places for growth and development.
Danielle grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, United States, and she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and dog, Jackson. She is passionate about communication, connection, and coffee.
