Adult ADHD Assessment Service

SCHEDULE SESSION

Are you finding it difficult to focus, stay organised, or manage time effectively? Do you often feel overwhelmed, distracted, or struggle with motivation? You’re not alone — many adults live with undiagnosed ADHD, which can impact work, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Our ADHD assessment service is designed to provide clarity, support, and a pathway forward. Led by a Consultant Psychologist trained through UKAAN (UK Adult ADHD Network), we offer a structured, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to adult ADHD diagnosis.

STAGE 1:

Focused Screening Consultation
(1 hour)

This initial session helps us explore whether ADHD is a likely explanation for your current difficulties. It includes a clinical interview, review of screening tools, and discussion of your developmental history. It also gives you space to ask questions and reflect on whether a full diagnostic assessment is the right next step.

Fee: £400

STAGE 2:

Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment
(2 hours)

If ADHD is suspected, we proceed to a full diagnostic assessment. This includes a structured clinical interview using validated tools (e.g. DIVA-5), review of developmental history, and input from someone who knows you well (e.g. parent, sibling, partner). This helps us build a complete picture of your experiences across your lifespan.

Includes:

  • Structured diagnostic interview
  • Informant interview (optional but recommended)
  • Review of questionnaires and collateral information
  • Feedback session
  • Detailed written report with diagnosis (if applicable) and recommendations
Fee: £1000
